RANDOM QUOTE

Somehow, whether I try to predetermine it or not, it just for some reason always turns in to be a music show. Maybe I shouldn’t make it a talk show anymore because nobody ever emails me anything that’s so intricate nature that I would talk about it for a whole half an hour, then again would you want to hear me talk for half an hour? Don’t answer that!

A Steve Prince Review

I thought I’d write a review on Steve’s voice-work, as I never have done that before. Well, I first heard Steve in a show, Digimon and OH MY GOSH he has done so many different voices and he is able to voice them that you're either rolling on the floor laughing with the character, or you're crying with them. Every single role Steve has played is more than amazingly voiced. They are so believable, realistic, some funny, some serious, etc. I cannot imagine somebody else playing the characters he has done. He's just perfect for them all.

I’m also quite certain that I have ran out of words to describe just how brilliant Steve is with voice work. I seriouly need to learn a a few new words of compliments cos I sound like i'm repeating myself! lol

I believe sometimes voice-work may even be a bit harder than acting, as you have to get the talking with the movements in time, and get all the emotions in just the voice. I’ve heard other people and there are some great voice actors, but I think Steve is just one of the most stupendous ones I’ve ever heard. He just does it so naturally.

I also heard Steve in some other movies and shows, I can't remember exactly which one but yes what I will say is the same. Brilliant. It is unfortunate that Australia doesn't seem to play some shows on TV, such as the latest one Steve's in, or nor do they sell a lot of anime, but if I see one that Steve's in, I will get it out immediately, I won't even care what the show is, I would get it cos Steve's in it. That's the way I am.

I just love hearing anything Steve's in. He’s just great with every different type of personality, serious, comedic, evil, etc. You name it. I would not be surprised if Steve's doing his own music concert or has this major feature film!

Kaiba: Derek Stephen Prince

As “The Digimon Emperor” in season two of “Digimon,” Derek was arguably the best actor of the season. The new cast wasn’t as good the previous seasons cast, but whoever cast Derek as Ken knew what they were doing. As a villain Derek sounded as evil as he was threatening. He gave Ken a great voice that made you fear him, hate him, and truly believe he was an evil guy. However (Spoilers ahead) once Ken turned to the good side, Derek kept the same voice, yet now Ken sounded weak, scared, and vulnerable. The same voice, two different feeling you get from that voice from different points in the show, and one great voice. Not only can I imagine Ken’s voice as Kaiba’s, but also Kaiba’s voice needs to sound as nice as it needs to sound evil. You can’t have Kaiba sounding like a bad guy right off the bat because that would ruin some of the suspense behind the character. When Kaiba first shows up he’s a nice guy, he treats people kindly, and he even invites Yugi and his friends over to his HOUSE of all things! At first you feel as though Kaiba is going to be a good guy, it’s only later on you realize Kaiba isn’t as innocent as he pretends to be. I believe that Derek Stephen Prince would be the perfect choice to voice Kaiba…although I have gotten more used to Eric Stuarts portrayal, but I believe Derek would be a better choice.
